SilasAI collects and processes the following information from your Gmail account:

• Email Metadata: Sender email addresses, subject lines, timestamps, and recipient lists.
• Email Content: Full email body text for AI-powered classification and reply generation.
• User Profile Data: Your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Usage Statistics: Number of emails triaged, AI replies sent, and time saved.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your Gmail data exclusively to provide SilasAI's core services:

• Classify emails into 5 priority tiers (Urgent, High Priority, Medium Priority, Low Priority, Noise).
• Detect VIP contacts based on email frequency and response patterns.
• Generate AI-powered email replies using OpenAI GPT-4o-mini and Anthropic Claude 3.5 Haiku.
• Track productivity metrics (emails triaged, time saved, AI replies sent).

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties.
• Use your emails for advertising.
• Train AI models on your personal emails.
• Share your data with anyone except Google Cloud Platform and our secure database provider (Supabase).

3. Data Storage & Security

• Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security (RLS) enabled.
• Hosting: Cloudflare Pages (serverless, edge-optimized).
• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
• Access Control: Only authenticated users can access their own data.

4. Third-Party Services

SilasAI integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Gmail API: To read, send, and modify emails.
• OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini): For AI email classification and reply generation.
• Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Haiku): For AI email classification.
• Google Gemini 1.5 Flash: For AI email classification.
• PostHog: For anonymous product analytics.
• Sentry: For error tracking and debugging.

5. Data Retention

• Email metadata and classification data are retained for 30 days.
• VIP suggestions expire after 7 days if not confirmed.
• User profile data is stored indefinitely unless you delete your account.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Revoke Access: Disconnect SilasAI from your Gmail account via Google Account Permissions.
• Delete Your Data: Request account deletion by emailing support@silasai.app.
• Export Your Data: Request a copy of your data by emailing support@silasai.app.
